South Plainfield, New Jersey: Crisdel has been awarded the site work construction contract for the development of the ARK at JFK. Major scope of work items includes removals, excavation, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalk, concrete equipment pads, asphalt milling and asphalt paving.
The Ark at JFK was spearheaded by master architect Gensler, specialty architect Lachlan Older Equine Design and construction manager Holt Construction. The United States Department of Agriculture and Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine oversaw the entire project.
