NJ TURNPIKE - RESURFACING MP 0 TO MP 122

Trackless Tack Coat was exclusively used on the entire project as per specification to increase “Lift Bonding”. In-Pavement Wireless Sensors were installed throughout this project. Installation and testing included verification of proper sensor operation, access point operation, communication with the Traffic Management Center, and integration with the existing traffic detection system software.

Major Work Items: The work performed under this contract consists of pavement removal and resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) Surface Course Pavement on Turnpike mainline roadways, ramps, shoulders, toll plazas, and other incidental work.
