NJ TURNPIKE AUTHORITY HEADQUARTERS RELOCATION PROJECT

Crisdel Group, Inc. was awarded the site work renovations and improvements to upgrade an existing parking lot to accommodate the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s administrative staff who will be the new tenants of the 180,000-square foot landmark Hess building on Route 9 in Woodbridge, NJ. The multi-million-dollar contract was constructed in less than four months under an accelerated schedule in order to accommodate the arrival of the new tenants.

Major Work Items: Replacement of concrete curb and sidewalks, installation of security bollards, lighted bollards, parking lot site lighting, asphalt profile milling, asphalt paving, pavement markings, regulatory signs, landscape irrigation, landscape plantings, topsoil and seeding.
