PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Crisdel Group, Inc. was awarded the site preparation and the public roadway widening contracts for the development of the new 650,000-square foot office building complex located on a 134-acre tract of undeveloped property at the intersection of Princeton Pike and Interstate 95 in Lawrence Township, NJ.
Upon completion of the project in 2016, the new campus will accommodate up to 2,500 employees and will have many environmentally “green” site amenities including a network of walking paths on the campus connecting to the Lawrence Hopewell trail system, a working farm on nearly half of the 134-acre tract, preferred parking areas for hybrid vehicles and parking areas paved with porous pavement to reduce runoff and promote recharging of groundwater aquifers.
Major Work Items: Site Portion: Soil Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation, Grading, Modular Block Retaining Walls, Storm Drainage, Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer, Concrete Curbs and Walks, Porous Asphalt Paving, Standard Asphalt Paving, Pavement Markings and Signs, Fence and Guide Rail. Princeton Pike Road Widening: Roadway Excavation, Strom Drainage, Concrete Curbs and Walks, Asphalt Paving and Traffic Signalization.
