This project consisted of a rehabilitation and partial reconstruction of an 1829 fieldstone and wood barn structure on Main Street in Gladstone, N.J.
Essentially unimproved since its original construction, both the stone and wood sections of the building were damaged due to uneven settling and exposure to the elements. With the project’s program calling for a 100 percent increase in usable floor area, state of the art office systems, communications equipment and environmental controls, the project team faced many challenges.
