As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Frank F. Criscola is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic planning of Crisdel, including, but not limited to finance, mentoring and succession planning.
Frank has accumulated over 60 years of construction experience working in a variety of rolls from laborer, cement mason, foreman and estimator up until he founded Crisdel in 1968.
Frank attended Newark College of Engineering, where he studied Civil Engineering and has been certified as an Asphalt Paving Construction Technologists by the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists.
In addition to his duties at Crisdel, Frank has served the New Jersey construction industry as a past member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association (NJAPA).
Frank has been recognized by his peers having been inducted into in the NJAPA Hall of Fame in 2009 and by being honored by the NJ Alliance for Action as an Eagle Award winner as the recipient of the 2015 Ellis S. Vieser Lifetime Achievement Award.
Frank is passionate all things Crisdel and is proud to see the company flourish from where it all began in 1968. Frank attributes his success and the success of Crisdel on all of the employees who have helped build Crisdel to what it is today and to all the clients that gave him an opportunity to prove Crisdel’s worth as an entrusted partner in construction. Frank is especially proud of the succession of Crisdel’s second-generation leadership entrusted to his sons and looks forward to continued success for his employees and grandchildren bringing Crisdel into the future.
